Common Admission Test is an all-India level management entrance exam conducted jointly by all the admissions for admission to their post graduate management programmes as well as fellowships in management. Common Admission Test (CAT 2014) exam dates have been announced 16, November & 22, November. Registration for Common Admission Test 2014 examination will begin from August 6 and continue till September 30.

Ex-Servicemen technicians engaged on contract basis will be paid consolidated emoluments (Basic + DA) based on their post qualifications experience, the minimum of the induction level would be as follows:
i) For (Post Code XS001 to XS007) Consolidated Pay of Rs 17430/- inclusive of Basic Pay + D.A.
ii) For (Post Code XS008 Consolidated) Pay of Rs 15550/- inclusive of Basic Pay + D.A. In addition to the above, leave, medical facilities, canteen allowance, conveyance reimbursement, PF and Gratuity, Group Insurance etc. will be allowable as per rules
