Out of 5 years Experience, Applicants should have at least worked for one year on SU-30 AircraftFor Post of Meteorology: Minimum 5 years of working experience in MET (Meteorology) in IAF / Indian Navy

Age Limit: Age limit  is 28 years(as on 31st July 2014), however Ex-Serviceman who has put not less than six months continuous service in the Armed forces of the Union, shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from his actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed the maximum age limit prescribed for the post or service for which he seeks appointment / employment by more than 3 years, he is deemed to satisfy the condition regarding the age limit.

Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC/ST and 3 years in respect of OBC candidates.

Applicants belonging to the OBC category are required to produce recently obtained Non-creamy layer Certificate in proof of their Community stating that they do not come under the creamy layer from the competent authority, in the Central Government. format and candidates belonging to the SC/ST category are also required to produce their community certificate in proof of their community at the time of interview in the prescribed format.

In respect of Persons with Disability (PWDs), upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years which will be over and above the relaxation admissible for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC mentioned above. For applicants who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period of 1st Jan, 1980 to 31st Dec, 1989 upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years.

Reservation: The posts will be based on the actual scale of Induction as per the rules.

Salary

Ex-Servicemen technicians engaged on contract basis will be paid consolidated emoluments (Basic + DA) based on their post qualifications experience, the minimum of the induction level would be as follows:
