Calicut University M.Ed 2014 Allotment List declared

University of Calicut M.Ed Admission 2014 Allotment List declared. Candidates can check their allotment on University official  web portal www.universityofcalicut.info. Alloted candidates should report to the alloted college on or before 26/11/2014, 4:00pm.

Candidate shall submit the required testimonials in original listed below & remit the required fee at the time of M.Ed admission 2014. Failure to report for admission in the allotted institution in the stipulated time will disqualify the candidate. 

Attention of candidates allotted to Department of Education, University of Calicut The amount to be paid at the time of admission in the Department of Education, Calicut University is Rs.3020/-(for general Candidates ) and  Rs.930/-(for SC/ST) including Caution Deposit. A Pass Port Size Photograph should also be submitted.

1. Copy of Hall Ticket of M.Ed Entrance /Copy of Driving License/Copy of Passport or any other document to prove identity.

8. BPL Certificate for forward caste only.

9. TC and Conduct Certificate.

10. Certificate to prove the disability for Blind and PH candidates.

11. Equivalency Certificate and proof for regular study of B. Ed course from outside Kerala.

12. The candidates who are in Government./Aided service shall submit the NOC from the department concerned.

13. Allotment to all available seats is complete other than four scheduled caste seats in two institutions.

Download SBT Chalan: Candidates who have received allotment have to logon to their home page and download the SBT (State Bank of Travancore) chalan for remitting the University fees. 5-Yr LLB: First Allotment result Published

The 1st phase of Centralised Allotment for admission to5 year LL.B Courses in Government Law Colleges and Private Self Financing Law Colleges for the year 2014-2015 has been published on the web portal www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Allotment is based on the options registered upto 4 pm on 30-08-2014. Applicants can access their home page by enter their application number/roll number and key number to downloaded their allotment memo. 

You can see the details such as applicant's name, roll number, reservations allowed, tuition fees, allotment details, deposit if any etc. are showing in the allotment memo. Applicants can take a print out of the allotment memo. Applicants who receive allotment should report for admission to the Principal of the allotted/selected colleges on the 3rd, 4th & 5th of September 2014, along with the allotment memo and necessary documents (original). Applicants who receive allotment should remit the complete fee as per Govt. orders in the allotted college at the time of admission.

The Principals of Colleges should furnish the non-joining report online and its signed printout by fax to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations at 5.30 p.m. on 05-09-2014. The candidates who do not join the College on the specified date, will lose their current allotment and also the higher order options. Candidates will not be considered for further allotments.

Applications are invited by MGU Kottayam  for M Tech admissions 2014. Mahatma Gandhi University  Kottayam announces admission for M.Tech (Computer Science & Technology) Programme for 2014-15.Eligible candidates can apply for Mahatma Gandhi University M Tech admission 2014-15 .Duration of the Programme is Two Years (2 years). Last date for receipt of filled application formalong wirth registration fees is 31stjulay,2014.

Eligibility for Admission 2014-15

1. Applicants should have passed the B Tech Degree in Computer Science and Engineering / Technology or Information Technology or equivalent Degree from an institution approved by MGU (Mahatma Gandhi University) and the All India Council for Technical Education.
2. Applicants should have minimum 55% marks in aggregate in the Engineering Degree exam.
3. SC/ST applicants need to have only a pass with 45% in the Engineering/Technology Degree Course.
4. Applicants who are waiting the results of the final examinations shall produce mark lists of the qualifying examination before finalizing the rank list.

Reservation seat: As per the mandatory reservation norms based on Govt. rules

Selection Criteria 

1. Selection will be made from the rank list prepared on the basis of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering Score. In the case of a tie, weightage will be given to the marks of the qualifying exam. Rank list will be published in institution as well as in website before admission.
2. An Entrance exam will be conducted for filling up of vacancies, if any, left over for want of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) qualified candidates. The marks obtained in the Entrance exam and qualifying examination will be taken into account in the ratio 50:50 for preparing the rank list.
3. If the applicants fails to report for counselling on the specified date, his/her claim for selection will not be considered further.
4. The additional seats reserved for SC/ST applicants will be filled first from the rank list.
5. Transfer Certificate issued from the institution last attended shall be produced at the time of counseling or admission.
6. The selection of candidates will be provisional and subject to verification of original documents.
