Kerala Plus One (+1) Single Window Admission 2019 - HSCAP Online Registration

Kerala plus one admission 2019: Kerala higher secondary education department has been invited application for studying Plus One course. DHSE Kerala conducted the admission process by a single window system for Many years. The Single Windows System (SWS) is known as HScap ( Higher Secondary Centralized Allotment Process) Kerala. The Candidate can submit their Kerala plus one application on HSCAP admission portal from May 10, to May 16, 2019. 

HSCAP Kerala Plus One online application 2019-20

DHSE Kerala has to invite applications for studying +1 courses from eligible students. Interested and Eligible candidates may submit applications through the HSCAP Ekajalakam admission portal. You should read carefully the Plus One admission prospectus before submitting the application. After submitting an application should take a printout of the application, then the parent and the candidate should be signed on the specified location. This application form and self-attested documents (Required) should produce any higher secondary school principal in the district within the prescribed time.  When you submit the application in any HSE school, you should remit the application fee of Rs 25/- and you have an acknowledgment slip from this school principal.

Eligibility of HSCAP Kerala Plus One Admission 2019

Candidates who pass the SSLC, THSLC, CBSE, ICSE or any equivalent exam with a minimum D+ grade on each paper, can submit an online application by the hs cap ekajalakam web portal.

Kerala Higher Secondary admission will be conducted by the HS Cap single Window (Ekajalakam) system.  After verifying your application, the Higher Secondary admission desk will be publishing a trial allotment. In this time you can change your option, School, Subject combinations. The allotment results are made on the basis of applicants grades or merit in the sslc exam. After the trial allotment result, HSCAP will be published Plus One first phase allotment. This allotment is the main allotment, candidates who are included in the Plus One first allotment 2019, they should take admission to the alloted school within the stipulated time.

Kerala HSCAP Admission and Allotment process 2017-18

Hi students, here we would like to discuss Kerala Plus One Admission & Allotment result 2017-18. How to Register Kerala Plus Admission 2017 to study Higher Secondary Courses in Kerala through the HSCAP portal?. Kerala Plus One (+1) admissions will be done by HSCAP Single window allotment system. Kerala Higher Secondary admission to Plus One courses, conducted through the HSCAP Single Window System (SWS) for last 9 years, that will ensure transparency and social justice. 

Kerala Plus One Online Registration 2017-2018.

Candidates who passed the SSLC/ 10th exam conducted by the Board of Public Examination, Kerala/ CBSE / ICSE / THSLC or from other states or countries can eligible to apply for the admission. Eligible applicants can be submit their application for Kerala +1 admission in the academic year 2017-2018 through online. Applicants can submit +1 application through hscap official website www.hscap.kerala.gov.in.

Qualification of admission.

• Passed the SSLC, CBSE, ICSE, THSLC ( Passed equivalent exam for SSLC outside of Kerala and India)
• Minimum D+ grade or equivalent marks obtained in each paper.
• Age limit : Candidate must be completed 15 years of age as on june 1, 2017, and not exceeded 20 years.

How to apply Kerala hscap plus one admission 2017

Candidates can submit Kerala Plus One application by the official website of HSCAP. After official announcement from Department of Higher Secondary Education applicants may submit application to study Kerala Plus One courses by the HSCAP admission website www.hscap.kerala.gov.in. The candidate, no limit for submitting applications to study +1 courses in multiple district. When you submit the application through online, you should be taken a printout of the application. Then you should submit the printed application (Signed Application both student and parent)  form and self attested copy of necessary certificates to the school principal. Application fee of Rs 25 should be paid to the school along with the application for verification.

Kerala +1 allotment process 2017-2018

Kerala Higher Secondary Education department has been mainly conducting 3 allotments. 1st one is Trial allotment, 2nd is first allotment and the 3rd one is Second allotment. Kerala HS CAP trial allotment results will be published on the official website of Kerala Higher Secondary Centralized Allotment Process (HSCAP)  www.hscap.kerala.gov.in. After that, HSCAP will be published Kerala Plus One First allotment on the website.

Kerala Plus One Trial Allotment 2017-18 - Kerala HSCAP +1 trial allotment result 2017

A trial allotment will be conducted to give an idea about the chances of getting allotment to Subject and School, based on the options registered on the web portal and the rank of the candidate. The main aim of the trial allotment, each applicant to see their details on application, if there is any correction (The last opportunity to correct the application details, if necessary), and change options. Students can be making final verification and correction of schools and subject combinations within the prescribed time.

Kerala Plus One (+1) (HSCAP/ VHSCAP ) First allotment 2017-18 

After the trial allotment and the period earmarked for revising options, the first allotment result will be published in the official website of HSCAP / VHSCAP on the date to be notified. Kerala DHSE /VHSE Plus one first (1st) allotment will be made on the basis of their merit and option registered on HSCAP / VHSCAP website. Department of Kerala Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) will be published Plus One 1st allotment result on the website www.hscap.kerala.gov.in and Vocational Higher Secondary Education Department will publish VHSE 1st allotment on the VHSCAP website www.vhscap.kerala.gov.in. Applicants can check Plus One 1st allotment result for Kerala higher secondary  admission in the academic year 2017-18 through on the official website. Candidates may check +1 first allotment result using their Application Number, District and DOB. Candidates who get the allotment, they should remit admission fee and take admission at the allotted HSE School within the prescribed time.

Kerala +1 Permanent admission , Provisional admission 2016-17

Candidates can check their allotment result or admission status from HSCAP website using application number, district and Date of Birth. Applicants who get allotment at their first option, should remit fees and secure permanent admission at the allotted School. The candidates who do not remit the fee on or before the date specified will lose their current allotment. The candidate who gets allotment, they should take admission and secure permanent admission. Applicants have no need to remit any kind of fee for taking provisional admission. In this way, his / her provisional admission, candidates can be retained until the end of the first stage. The candidates who fail to report for admission to the allotted school within the prescribed time announced after each allotment will not be considered for further allotments.
