Download SBT Chalan: Candidates who have received allotment have to logon to their home page and download the SBT (State Bank of Travancore) chalan for remitting the University fees. The allotted candidates who do not remit the fees and are not entering the remittance details in their home page ('Fee Remittance') will lose their present allotment and they will not be considered for any allotment in future.The University fees shall be remitted in any branch of State Bank of Travancore (SBT) on or before Sept 30, 2014.
Delete and Rearrange:The candidates can rearrange or delete their higher options upto Sept 30, 2014, 5 pm, if they wish so. Those candidates who have allotment in the 1st phase and retain their higher options, are bound to accept the new allotment, if any, in the second phase.

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations has declared second allotment for admission to the integrated 5 year LL.B Courses in Government Law Colleges and Private Self Financing Law Colleges of the State for the year 2014-15 on the web portal www.cee.kerala.gov.in. The final allotment is based on the options registered on 22-09-2014.
Download allotment memo
Candidates can access their homepage by entering their roll number/ application number and key number to download their allotment memo. Candidate can view the details such as name, roll number, allotment details, reservations allowed, tuition fees, deposit, etc. are available in the allotment memo. The candidate should take a print out of the allotment memo.
Reporting for admission
Candidates who receive allotment should report for admission to the Principal of the allotted colleges on the 25, 26 & 27 of Sept 2014, along with the allotment memo and original documents specified in Clause.16 of the Prospectus. Candidates should remit the complete fee as per Govt. orders in the allotted college at the time of admission. The Principals of Colleges shall furnish the non-joining report online and its signed printout by fax to the Commissioner for Entrance Exams at 5.30 p.m. on 27-09-2014.

Mahatma Gandhi University PG 2nd /Second allotment result published. CAP is an internet based single window system to give allotments to the various academic programmes offered by the Affiliated colleges and Constituent colleges. The applicants need to register only one application for a course for opting any number of college/course combinations based on candidates eligibility. If a applicant submits two or more application for the same academic programme his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled. It is a simple & transparent process of allotment which gives the candidate opportunity to exercise his/her options of their choice conveniently in the order of his/her preference. Allotments will be strictly based on the options exercised, the rank obtained and eligible reservations of the candidate.
How to check allotment
Candidates can check their allotment result through this official web link http://220.226.4.65/mgupgcap2014/login.jsp. Open that link and enter your application number and password.
Applicants who got allotment on their first option should remit the fee applicable to the course in the institution at the time of admission.
Those students who decide to seek permanent admission by cancelling the higher options also shall remit the fee in the institution. Those who retain higher options need not pay any fee in the institution at the time of admission. However, in the second allotment they should remit the fees applicable to the programme secured in the higher option and if not secured, they should remit the fee applicable to the programme secured in the previous option.
Remittance

The online allotment to fill up the vacant seats in MBBS/BDS Courses in Govt/Govt Controlled Self Financing/Private Self Financing Medical/Dental colleges is published here with on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. The details of allotment of a candidate will be available on the home page of the candidate. The candidates should take printout of the allotment memo and produce it before the authorities of SBT for payment of fee/balance fee.
Those candidates who receive an allotment afresh should remit the fees to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as specified in the allotment memo at any of the designated branches of State Bank of Travancore on 19 th or 20 th of September 2014. The candidates who get a change in allotment than that of the previous allotment should pay the balance fees, if applicable, in the State Bank Travancore. All the candidates who have an allotment to MBBS/BDS courses should pay the fee/balance fee (as applicable) to be paid to the commissioner for Entrance Examinations at any of the designated branches of State Bank of Travancore and they should join the courses/colleges on or before 20.09.2014. Those candidates who do not remit the fee/balance fee within the stipulated time and those who do not join the respective colleges will lose their allotment and also their existing higher options.
All the Medical/Dental College Authorities should submit the Non-Join Report to the Commissioner for entrance Examinations before 5.30 pm on 20.09.2014.

A candidate is bound to accept an allotment as per the priority of options registered. If he/she gets allotment in the subsequent phase, based on higher options against arising/future vacancy, he/she has to relinquish the seat already occupied by him/her. Failure to report for admission by a candidate in the allotted college at the stipulated time and date will result in the forfeiture of his/her chance for admission to that programme/other programmes/further allotment. Any request to retain a previous allotment after a further allotment (based on the higher options registered) will not be considered under any circumstances.

Trial allotment explores the possibility of securing allotment by applicants in the college/programme of their choice that may vary in the actual allotments. The college/programme figured in the trial allotment in the case of an candidate does not guarantee that the applicant will get allotment in the same college or programme since ranks may vary in the actual allotment subject to data modification/ option modification by the candidates/other candidates available upto 16th Sep 2014, 5pm. Data modification of options is not possible after first (1st ) allotment. However, option re-arrangement/ deletion is possible from 23-09-2014 to 24-09-2014 for the second allotment Procedure for Modification/addition of Personal and Academic data.

Eligibility Criteria: Who have qualified Post Graduate (PG) degree in Physical Science, Chemical Science and Life / Bio-science, are eligible to apply.
Selection: The successful applicants will be called for an interview on 22nd Sep, 2014. The final selection for joining this Department as a PhD student will be on the basis of this interview. At present 15 Ph.D applicants will be taken, if available. The provision of supervisor will also be on the basis of this interview
Note: Who have already passed UGC /CSIR (JRF) Examinations /NET /SET/ SLET/GATE/Teacher Fellowship or equivalent exams or passed the M.Phil/M.Tech or equivalent exam need not appear at the written exam and can directly appear at the interview.

The provisional rank list of candidates who have qualified in the Entrance Examination for admission to Three Year LL.B Course 2014 conducted on 10.08.2014 is published herewith. General/SEBC candidates who have secured at least 10% marks and SC/ST candidates who have secured at least 5% marks alone are qualified in the entrance examination and have been included in the rank list (Clause 12(v) of the prospectus).
