Candidates who got allotment, they should remit the fee due to the University through at any designated branches of SBT. The general category candidates should remit the fee of Rs 555 and SC/ST Students remit fee of Rs 50. Candidates who do not remit the fee on or before the stipulated date and time, and you will lose eligibility to participate in the allotment, as well as their current allotment.

Allotted candidates should report and join to the allotted college on or before 11-09-2015 4 PM,and they should produce the following documents for verification.

  • The qualifying examination grade cards / marks list (Original).
  • Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate in original from the institution last studied..
  • Certificate in Original in support of caste/ communal reservation.
  • Eligibility Certificate from MG University for those who have qualified from other Universities.
  • NCC/ NSS Certificates (Original), if applicable.
  • Certificate in proof of Ex-Servicemen/Dependent from Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer concerned, (Original) if applicable
  • Receipt as proof of remittance of fee due to the University.
  • Non-creamy layer Certificate/ BPL Certificate in original issued by the competent authority in the case of candidates who claim reservation under SEBC category / Economically Backward among Forward Communities.
Those candidates who take permanent admission in the allotted college, they should cancel their higher options. The applicants need not pay any fee to the institution at the time of admission, to retain higher options.Candidates can modify their options (Re-Arrange/Deletion only) from 10/09/2015  to 11/09/2015.Candidates who failure to report to the allotted college for PG admission within the allowed date and time will result in the forfeiture of their chance for admission to that programme/ other programmes/ further allotment. Any request to retain a previous allotment after a further allotment will not be considered under any circumstances.

    Kerala Plus One Course in Higher Secondary admission conducted through the Single Window System (SWS) for last 8 years.     How to submit Plus One (+1) Application form 2016
    Candidates can submit their application through hscap website after official announcement from Department of Higher Secondary Education. First of all, you should take a printout of the plus one admission prospectus. Then filling up your options like school, subject combination etc. There is no limit on applying for multiple district. If an applicant seeks +1 admission in multiple districts they must submit separate applications for each district. After submitting of application to the school, duly signed by the School Principal must be affixed with the seal of the school acknowledgment slip.Keep this acknowledgment slip with candidates until receive permanent admission.The +1 application fee Rs 25 should be paid to the school along with the application.

    Validation of Plus one application details 2016

    After submitting of applications, the school authorities cell will register the details of the applicants and it will forward the same to the District level admission monitory cell arranged at the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE).Furnishing false information in the +1 application will result in cancellation of allotment and will undermine the applicant's expectations. So is all the applicants ensure the correctness of data entering the their application. All applicants will be given the opportunity to check the details of their application on the website. If anybody finds any mistake/ wrong information, required the request for the same with all relevant documents should be submitted to the school Principal where the application is submitted within stipulated time and the applicants should see that such corrections are effected.

    Kerala Plus One (+1) Allotment process 2016-2017

    Kerala HSCAP will be published trial allotment result before the main allotment. After the main phase allotment,  which comprises 3 allotments supplementary allotments will be conducted for filling the vacancy. The new vacancies in the same categories against SC / ST students are invited applications for the allotment will be considered 3rd phase.Candidates who got permanent admission in previous allotments will not hold any claim for the vacancies arise in future. School Transfer /Combination Transfer will be permitted by merit of the candidates and subject to the accessibility of vacancies.Subsequent vacancies will be filled by supplementary allotments.Supplementary allotments will be started only after carrying out the school/ combination transfers of the students who got admission in the first phase allotment.

Trial allotment is a trial for first allotment. +1 Trial allotment 2016-17 is conducting to give an idea about the chances of getting admission to the HSE school, based on the options registered and the merit rank by the applicant. Students can making final verification and correction of schools and subject combinations within the stipulated time.

    Kerala +1 Permanent admission , Provisional admission 2016-17
    Students who get allotment at their first option, they should remit fees and secure permanent admission. If students not remitted fees, such seats are considered vacant and these applicants will not be considered for further allotment. Applicants need not pay any kind of fee to take provisional admission.These candidates for getting a better option should report to the new HSE school with the original certificates returned from the earlier school.In this way, his / her provisional admission, candidate can be retaining until the end of the first stage. If a candidate would like to get permanent admission in a lower option, they should cancel higher the option and remit the fees and get permanent admission.They should submit the request for cancellation of higher options to the principal on the day of +1 admission. The candidates who fail to report for admission within the stipulated time announced after each allotment will not be considered for further allotments.All the admissions and school transfers to the merit seats will be conducted exclusively through the Single Window System (Ekajalakam 2016-SWS).
